Chili Pasta

Chili Pasta ingredients list:

16 ounces of red kidney beans, rinsed and drained.
12 ounces of salsa.
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely.
1 small onion, peeled and finely diced.
1 jalapeño, cored and thinly sliced.
½ cup of grated cheddar cheese.
1 tablespoon of chili powder.
1 teaspoon of cumin.

Instructions for Chili Pasta:

Cook the pasta as advised on its packaging.

While it’s cooking, combine the remaining ingredients (except for the cheddar cheese) in large pot and heat until the onion is cooked.

When pasta is done, drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Add the contents of pot and toss gently until well combined.

Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Serve.
